Friday, September 19th, 2014 at 9:30am - 2:30pm Created in the early '50s, the CPI 260 instrument is the newest version of the CPI assessment. This assessment gives leaders an opportunity to learn about their strengths and style, and then to see how they are tracking in comparison to a group of high-potential on-track leaders who were part of the assessment's sample norm group. This rich data pool provides an opportunity to sit beside the best of the best and look at one's strengths, opportunities for development, and areas that are and are not working. During our session we will focus on learning more about the CPI 260 as an assessment used for leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and selection. We will address who are the best candidates to use it and some of the applications that have the most impact. In addition, we will examine how it is used with other instruments, including the MBTI®, and how it can expand your offerings and assessment battery. |
Sorry you missed: February 10, 2011 Internationally acclaimed Myers-Briggs Educator and consultant in applications of Personality Type, Danielle Poirier, will join us for an exciting evening exploring type and interpersonal relationships. - - - Program Information Here
