This section of the Travel Guide covers a leg of the Lake Superior Circle Tour we took in 2000 from Superior, Wisconsin east to the Michigan Upper Peninsula border (the Montreal River).
As on the Minnesota and Ontario legs of our trip, hiking and waterfalls strongly influenced our itinerary. Our first stop was south of town in Pattison State Park . . . then we headed back north and a little east of Superior to Amicon Falls State Park. . . then to Bayfield and beyond.

Among the sights profiled in the Wisconsin section of SuperiorTrails.com are:
Big and Little Manitou Falls
Amnicon Falls
Bayfield & Ashland
Potato Falls, Saxon Falls and Superior Falls
